Cancellation Policy
PARTY BOOKING ​ We book on a first come first served basis, so book early to secure your desired time slot. We look forward to helping you create a memorable celebration. ​ The following items pertain to all parties at Fulton Fun Factory · All participants must sign the Fulton Fun Factory Profile and Release agreement · Full payment is due up front. $150 is non-refundable if you cancel at a later date. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no refund will be given. If you wish the reschedule your event, contact our staff via phone or email and we will try to accommodate. · The last 15 minutes should be for starting to say goodbyes and cleaning up of the party area · An additional $25 per each 15 minutes will be charged if you and all guests have not left at the end of the 2 hour time period · Play at Fulton Fun Factory is age appropriate for children up to 12 years old · No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed (including on clothing) · Socks are required to be worn by all guests in play area ( No shoes worn by children or adults) · All Fulton Fun Factory Rules & Regulations must be followed . Adults can only enter the bounce houses to help a child
